The BHB Boutique House features five themed suites, designed and created by Jota Barbosa Interiors to pay tribute to the culture, heritage and natural beauty of the municipality of Macedo de Cavaleiros. To enhance the experience, the hotel also boasts an intimate lounge bar and a service area.

Textures that Tell Stories

The wall coverings and textiles supplied by Barreiros & Barreiros play a key role in creating the atmosphere of each space, adding texture, depth and character to the rooms. From patterns inspired by local tradition to more contemporary and sophisticated solutions, the chosen materials enhance the guest’s sensory experience and emphasise the uniqueness of each suite. The project, completed in December 2024, combines interior design, refurbishment and hospitality, drawing heavily on the region’s cultural and natural identity.
